Mission
Our mission is to provide access to all Colombians in the United States, regardless of where they are, to connect with our culture via the delicious snacks we all grew up with.
Vision
Our vision is to elevate the presence of Colombia and the products of nuestra gente in the United States. We see a United States where it is commonplace for any family to have Colombian products in their despensa (pantry).
General Information
We take orders 24 hours a day, every day of the week. All orders are shipped from our location in Atlanta, Georgia.
Processing Time
We receive orders every day of the week and ship Monday through Friday. Each order is subject to a processing time depending on a variety of factors such as distance and day of the week, standard national processing can take between 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Prices
We offer shipping to anywhere in the United States. Our shipments take between 1-3 days in transit depending on the destination. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Shipping cost ranges between $5.99 and $9.99 depending on your zip code.
